Cancellation Policy

We will accept unopened returns within 14 days of purchase.

If an air conditioning unit is defective within the first 30 days, please return the unit and we will replace it with a new one or a full refund will be given.

The climate control unit comes with a 1 year guarantee. If it fails for any reason, please return the unit to us and we will either repair it or replace it. We aim to turn around any repair within 3 days but under some circumstances, it may take longer.

We also offer the option of extending your guarantee to 2 years or lifetime (see Cool Rooms Guarantee for more details).

Our units are of extremely high quality and we aim to provide a high quality service to match. We would appreciate any feedback that would help us improve our service.
