The Coolrooms Guarantee
All air conditioning units supplied and installed by our professional engineers are backed by a one year guarantee. This can be extended to either two years, when serviced at 12 months by a member of the Cool Rooms team, at a cost of 40€; or to a lifetime guarantee when serviced annually at 80€ (after the first year at 40€).
All air conditioning units provided by Cool Rooms for DIY install come with a full return-to-base guarantee.
If you report a fault, we will dispatch an engineer to you within 2 days and they will either repair or replace the air conditioning unit as quickly as possible.
One of the unique benefits of having our air conditioning units is that they are self-contained and easy to install. This means that should something go wrong we can quickly repair or replace a unit to get your climate back under control.
*Exclusions:
1. The batteries of the remote control unit are not an integral part of the unit and thus, damage to the unit caused by their failure or corrosion is not the responsibility of Cool Rooms.
2. Damage caused to the unit by the introduction of foreign objects or liquids.
3. Damage caused by vent blockage.
4. Damage caused by work carried out by unauthorized personnel.
Please note that there are NO user serviceable parts.
Tampering with the unit will invalidate the warranty.
FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY: Do not remove the casing or cut the supply cable. This is dangerous. If in doubt, disconnect the unit from the mains and call us for assistance.
