The air conditioning unit was correctly matched against the size or our apartment and expertly fitted with no mess or snagging problems. We are very pleased with the air-conditioning/heating unit that was installed in our bedroom in September 2008.The installation was efficiently completed with the minimum of fuss and mess. The finished effect is very neat and tidy. The unit works extremely well in both cooling and heating modes and was exactly what we needed for the room. From quote to completion we were very impressed with the whole service, thanks to Frankie and his team.

Frank fitted our air con units professionally, politely and at a good price. He took time to explain the options available to us and was able to provide advice without becoming pressurising. Since purchasing our Villa in 2008 we have called on Frank's services many times. We where very happy with the air conditioning unit Frank installed in our basement bedroom the compact unit was vented directly to an outside wall removing the need for additional unsightly pipe work and chiler unit, he also solved problems we had with water leaks on our exiting units installed by the original contractor. Since then, he has installed a complete pressurised water softening system in the villa and pool heating system replacing the old pool pump. Repaired faulty plumbing and wiring and taken on the daily duties of Property Manager. His background in Electric's and Plumbing makes him a very versatile individual who can put this hand to most tasks required from him. Our move to Tenerife would not have run as smoothly without his support and expertise.
